exempt from the two field
trip limit set by the
Hopkins County School System.
With 1018 plush covered seats, our classroom provides professional live performances, acclaimed literature, and educational support for students as well as adults. The Glema Mahr Center for the Arts is committed to providing quality performances designed to expand students’ understanding and appreciation of the arts and to enrich the curriculum, making direct connections between the arts and Kentucky Educational Guidelines.
Times of shows are 9:30 and 12:00, with the exception of Seussical, with one performance at 12 noon, and Dear Edwina and Little Shop of Horrors, each with one performance at 9:30 a.m. Cost is $5.00 per seat, and as in the past, payment may be made by school purchase order, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, cash, or check. Payment is due thirty days before the performance. |
